Rationale

Early access

Three people, one repository, two weeks.

We are onboarding engineering teams one at a time, by hand, and the founder sets up every workspace in person. This page says what that involves on both sides, so you can decide in a minute whether it is for your team.

What we ask

  • Three people who code with Claude Code (or Codex, in beta) every day, on one repository you really work in. macOS or Linux.
  • Two weeks of normal work. Nothing to write down: the client captures the decisions from your sessions, on your machines.
  • Two short calls. Twenty minutes at the start: install, list the repository, one real session, the first warning. Twenty at the end: what it got wrong, what you would miss.
  • Honest answers on days 2, 7 and 14 and, if it works for you, permission to quote you. No is a fine answer.

What you get

  • The pilot plan. Everything, free, until plans go live. If that ever changes you hear from us at least 30 days before, and nothing is charged unless your team agrees (Terms).
  • A direct line to the founder. He sets up your workspace with you, and when you answer the email that lets you in, he is the one who reads it.
  • A say in what we build next. The agents, connectors and rough edges early-access teams run into go first.
  • Your data stays yours. Export or delete the workspace whenever you ask; a deleted workspace is gone within 30 days, and out of backups 7 days later (Terms).

What we never do

  • Read your code or your transcripts. Decisions are extracted on your machines with your own agent. We receive the decisions, short quotes and file paths, encrypted; never the conversation, never a file.
  • Write into your tools unless you switch it on. Comments on your pull requests exist, are off by default, and go on only when your workspace asks for them.
  • Look at your decisions from our side. Our staff see identifiers, states and counts, never content, and each time they look it is written in your own audit log.
  • Sell, share or train on your content. No advertising, no third-party analytics, no AI training on what your team decides (Security).

Before the call, the documentation has the two install commands and the table of what leaves your machine; the security page has the rest.

Request early access

Leave your work email. The form asks about your team and tools, a minute at most; we answer within a working day and set up your workspace with you.

Early access, onboarding teams one by one. Plans are published before anyone is charged.
